We are certified according to recognized international quality standards such as the International Food Standard (IFS) and the Global Food Standard for Food Safety (BRC = British Retail Consortium). The production of our organic margarine is certified by ECO CERT Germany with the organic certificate for organic products according to EC-Bio basic regulation no. 834/2007 and the EC regulation 889/2008.
Quality also means reacting proactively to current developments and to serve future standards. Our experts work closely with
Associations, so that you benefit from the latest nutritional physiology at VORTELLA. This also applies to compliance with changes in food laws, which we took into accounts at an early stage.
To enable high-quality products, we have high demands on our raw material and ingredient suppliers, which we select according to IFS and BRC criteria. Compliance with and / or implementation of the criteria are checked in supplier audits on the spot.
The quality of the raw materials is continuously monitored by our specialist personnel at the in-house laboratory by means of appropriate laboratory tests.
